Metal Head

Easton had braces put on a week ago to correct his cross-bite. It was either that, or risk having him get hit in the face and getting both his permanent front teeth knocked out, which would mean implants, which are even more expensive than braces. Poor kid is going to need another pair of braces when he's a teenager.

He seems to like them, though. They haven't been uncomfortable for him yet, and the orthodontist gave him a free iPod shuffle.

I'm crossing my fingers that he's the only one of my kids that inherited my crooked teeth.
